The History of Havana Cola

Havana Cola

Havana Cola and Havana Mojito were created by a Cuban born American entrepreneur in the early 1990s. Her dream was to create magical drinks. Beverages that captured the essence of beautiful beaches on moonlit nights . . spicy cuisine . . . salsa music and dancing . . . and did justice to legendary cocktails like the Cuba Libre and the Mojito.

In 2006, Havana Beverages was purchased by Sandy Nixon, a pioneer in product innovation and founder of FB3 Development, the premier development and manufacturing incubator for the food and beverage industry. He reformulated the products and focused on all-natural flavors and ingredients.

The result? A cola so good Teddy Roosevelt would charge up San Juan Hill for one and a Mojito so refreshing Hemingway would be sure to have one in his hand while sitting on the deck of The Pilar.

And consumers agree. Sales of premium Havana Beverages are skyrocketing. Havana Cola and Havana Mojito are flying off the shelves at gourmet food stores and upscale wine and spirit shops across the country.

It’s easy to see why: one taste and you will see the difference real can make!
